Arrival & Parking
When you arrive on campus, our main entrance is on the righthand side of the building, facing the large parking lot. Greeters will be at the door to welcome you and point you in the right direction.
Our morning service starts at 10:00 am. Once you enter the main drive from HWY 16, turn right and park in our largest lot—you’ll see the main double-door entrance. Arrive a few minutes early so we can meet you and show you where to go!
Your children are welcome with you in the morning worship service. If you need childcare, we offer infant and toddler nurseries. We also have a children’s class for ages 3 through kindergarten, where they will sing and learn God’s word at an age-appropriate level. The children are dismissed to this class after the final congregational song.
Our morning service begins at 10:00 am and lasts for about 90 minutes. Our service includes a call to worship, four congregational songs, a pastoral prayer, a Scripture reading, an expositional sermon and closing prayer.
On Sundays, we meet at 9:00 am for Sunday School (see next question). We also return in the evening at 6:00 pm for an adult teaching time, but also for our Youth Group and primary Children’s Program. Finally, we meet on Wednesday nights at 6:30 for our men’s and women’s discipleship ministries, along with a class for children. Youth are encouraged to participate in our men and women’s ministries on Wednesday nights.
Our Sunday school classes help us develop relationships within the body and provide a venue for our elders to hear about specific needs and to shepherd at closer range. Each adult class usually has a time of fellowship where members share their joys and burdens, then spend time praying for those needs. This is followed by a brief Bible lesson. Our children and youth also have classes during this time. All classes meet from 9:00-9:45 am and we encourage all members to participate!
Our men and women gather mid-week for a time of teaching, discussion and prayer. These times are aimed to make us better followers of Christ and more faithful in the responsibilities he’s given to us as singles, spouses, parents, and grandparents. We work through a variety of topics related to the Christian life, with a focus on application and transformation.
Beyond this, many of our men and women meet in smaller venues throughout the week, often one-on-one for mentoring and mutual encouragement.
We do offer pastoral counseling, and it’s based on our commitment to the sufficiency of Scripture. We believe God’s word has all the answers we need and that his Spirit can transform even the toughest situations. Please reach out to our church office if you’d like to schedule an appointment with one of our shepherds.
We believe that, as our shepherds give themselves to equipping the saints for the work of ministry, we are unleashing our members into the world for that ministry. As we grow in Christ, our members are equipped to share the gospel faithfully in their spheres of influence. Beyond this, we will occasionally host events and even partner with other local churches in our area to do good to our neighbors. We also aim to raise up and train more leaders, so that we can plant and revitalize churches to fulfill the Great Commission.
