LEAD PASTOR

Donald began serving as senior pastor at Mt. Anderson in 2005. He graduated from Fruitland Baptist Bible College and has served in vocational pastoral ministry for 26 years. He and his wife, Jeaniene have been married for 43 years and they have three children and six grandchildren. In 2026, Donald initiated a pastoral transition and is mentoring Clay for the future lead role. Donald enjoys watching the Atlanta Braves and the key to his heart is a big bowl of ice cream!

ASSOCIATE PASTOR

Clay joined the pastoral staff of MABC in April, 2026 and was called as an associate, with the intention of becoming the future lead pastor. Clay graduated from Liberty University, and received his MDiv. through The Expositors Seminary. He has served in vocational pastoral ministry since 2016. He and his wife, Mary, have four children and he enjoys Carolina basketball, gardening, and a fresh pour over.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY DIRECTOR

Lindsey joined the MABC staff in 2009. She serves a dual role at MABC as the Children’s Ministry Director & Church Secretary. After graduating from Gardner-Webb University, Lindsey met her husband, Andy. She has been married to Andy for 10 years and they live in Lincolnton along with their two young children. Lindsey enjoys homeschooling her children, photography, and traveling to new places.

PASTOR EMERITUS

Pastor Charles served at MABC as the Lead Pastor on two separate occasions before beginning to serve in various interim roles throughout our area. He is well known in our community as a faithful mentor and a loving pastor. Charles currently serves MABC primarily with our Senior Adults.
