The Children’s Ministry is a vital part of the ministry at MABC. Statistics tell us that over 90% of believers made professions of faith before they were 13 years old. The fact that children at MABC have the opportunity to hear the gospel in Sunday School, discipleship and other aspects of children’s ministry is a great blessing.
Pray for the leaders of the Children’s Ministry. Leaders are very important in any ministry and the same is true for ministry to children. Leaders must have a heart for children and a daily walk that leads people to follow. Pray for the leaders in the different areas of service in the Children’s Ministry.
Pray for the Sunday School. Sunday School is the avenue for bible study and fellowship with other believers. Pray that each teacher and each class will seek to follow Christ and have a love for children that would cause them to do all they can to reach children with the gospel.
Pray for Word of Life. Word of Life is the discipleship arm of the Children’s Ministry. Each Sunday evening during the school year our children meet to learn from God’s word and to grow in their relationship with Christ.
Pray for families. Many children live in very difficult situations. Pray that God will reach the hearts of mothers and fathers across our nation and in our church.
