The Master Club at MABC is a ministry to and for senior members of the church. This group meets throughout the year for fellowship and spiritual refreshing. It has been said that the church of today is standing on the shoulders of those who have been before us. We thank God for those who have paved the way as pioneers in the church.
Pray for the Master Club leaders. Pray for those who plan and lead the seniors at our church. The leaders give of their time to make this a fruitful ministry. Pray that God will lead them as they lead the Master Club.
Pray for the upcoming Master Club fellowship. Periodically, the Master Club meets for a time of fellowship to celebrate the birthdays of Master Club members. Pray that God will give them a good time of fellowship together.
Thank God for the seniors that make up the Master Club and bless the church at MABC. While we may not be able to do all the things that we did in our youth, older saints have much to offer to the body of Christ. There is much wisdom to be shared with younger believers. Also, older saints provide an example for those who are younger.
The Bible tells us that the older women are to teach the younger women in the things of God. Also, the Bible tells us to commit the teaching of older men to the younger that the Word of God would go to the next generation. Pray for our Master Club as they minister in the body of Christ.
