Pray today for the Ozera Church. The mission team from MABC will be working today with the Ozera Church. The church is in the process of construction. Last year a team from MABC went to Ozera and helped with construction on the church building. In the Ukrainian culture buildings are very important to the sharing of the gospel. While there church buildings are not as elaborate as those in the United States, they are places where believers and non-believers can gather. Pray as the team works each day on the building.
Pray for the people of Ozera. The town of Ozera is a very small community located about an hour drive from Kiev. The village is dominated by the Orthodox Church. The Orthodox Church is not very friendly to the idea of an evangelical church in the village. Pray for the young believers who work in the church that they will remain faithful to God’s call to share the gospel with this village.
