Today is travel day for the Peru Team. Today is also the last day for ministry in New York City.
Pray for traveling mercies. The Peru Team will be leaving Lima at around 10:35 local time. Please pray for safe travel and a good trip home. Mission trips tend to drain people emotionally and physically. Pray that the flight will be smooth and that it will be possible to rest as the team travels and reflects on all that God has done during this trip.
Pray for VBS follow-up. Pray that all the people that came to VBS this week will have a clear understanding of the gospel. We often forget that not everyone has grown up in church and has had the privilege of hearing the Bible taught to them all of their life. Pray that the Holy Spirit will continue to speak to those who have heard the Word this week. The effect of the gospel goes on long after our team is gone.
