Today marks the 20th day of our 50 Days of Prayer emphasis. July is a very busy month. July is a time of going. MABC church people are going in many different directions. There are vacations, camps, & mission trips just to name a few. No matter where you are going always remember that God is already there! Pray as you go. Pray for the work of Christ. Pray for those who need to hear the gospel.
Pray for the Deacon Family Ministry. The main focus of the deacon ministry is the Deacon Family Ministry. God has blessed us with a group of godly men to serve as deacons at MABC. Pray for each of our deacons as they minister in the name of Jesus.
Pray for families touched by Deacon Family Ministry. Each one of our active deacons has a list of families for which they pray for and minister to. Pray that our deacons will minister in Jesus’ name. Pray for each of our deacons as they strive to do that.
Pray for the families of deacons. Many times there are unreasonable expectations of deacons as well as pastors and staff. We must remember that each deacon or staff person has a family to minister to as well. Sometimes it is difficult to balance all the things that are expected. Pray that our deacons and staff will ultimately please God with their ministries.
